Project Overview
T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of the W&L Subaru dealership in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern automotive facility designed to support vehicle sales, customer service, and automotive maintenance operations.
Completed in collaboration with Strosser Baer Architects for the Robert Long Family, the approximately 43,000-square-foot, two-story facility combines showroom, service, parts, detailing, and customer amenities within one comprehensive dealership.
The Challenge
Automotive dealership construction requires careful coordination between customer-facing spaces and highly specialized service operations. The new W&L Subaru facility needed to provide an attractive and welcoming showroom while also accommodating the demands of a busy service center, parts department, detail shop, and car wash.
The project also placed a strong emphasis on customer experience, requiring comfortable amenities that would make visits more convenient and enjoyable for individuals and families.
Our Solution
T-Ross Brothers constructed the facility through our Commercial and Steel Building service lines, coordinating the many specialized components required for a modern automotive dealership.
The completed facility includes more than 5,700 square feet of showroom space, a 17-bay service center, detail shop, large parts department, and automatic car wash. Customer-focused spaces include a spacious waiting area and a unique children’s activity room designed to provide a comfortable, family-friendly experience during service appointments and vehicle purchases.
Throughout construction, our team focused on quality craftsmanship, efficient project execution, and creating a facility capable of supporting W&L Subaru's operations well into the future.
