Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction served as the general contractor for the renovation and expansion of W&L Nissan in Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania, transforming the existing dealership into a modern automotive facility designed around current Nissan brand standards.

Working alongside Hiller Architectural Group, Ltd., the project included extensive exterior and interior improvements focused on strengthening the dealership’s appearance, improving customer experience, and creating more efficient spaces for employees and daily operations.

The Challenge

Renovating an active automotive dealership requires careful coordination between construction activities, ongoing business operations, brand requirements, and the specialized needs of automotive sales and service.

W&L Nissan needed a comprehensive modernization that would dramatically update the appearance of the facility while improving the functionality of its showroom, offices, customer areas, and service coordination spaces. Construction also needed to be carefully managed to minimize disruption to dealership operations.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers coordinated a comprehensive renovation and expansion encompassing both the exterior and interior of the dealership.

The exterior transformation included new architectural panel systems, high-performance glazing, a thermal curtain wall, and an updated storefront entrance system. These improvements created a more contemporary appearance while increasing natural light, durability, and energy efficiency.

Inside, renovations included updated showroom areas, offices and sales spaces, customer lounges, service coordination areas, furnishings, and interior finishes. Each element was carefully integrated to create a brighter, more welcoming environment while improving workflow for dealership employees.

Throughout construction, our team worked closely with the architect, ownership, and dealership personnel to maintain quality while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
