Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed a full interior renovation of the former Best Western Hotel in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, helping transform the property into The Inn at Lewisburg through a comprehensive modernization and rebranding project.

Working under a Time & Materials (T&M) contract for Baylor-Hamm Companies, T-Ross Brothers managed the renovation and coordinated multiple trades to create an updated hospitality environment aligned with the property's new identity.

The Challenge

Transforming an existing hotel requires extensive coordination to modernize large interior spaces while maintaining consistency in quality, finishes, and design throughout the property.

The project involved multiple specialized trades and required careful scheduling and project management to maintain progress while T-Ross Brothers simultaneously managed resources across other active projects.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers provided project management and on-site supervision throughout the renovation, coordinating the various contractors and trades involved in the interior transformation.

The project included new flooring installed by Fike Flooring, painting completed by Stahl’s Painting, and custom window treatments provided by Fabtex.

All electrical work was completed in-house by T-Ross Brothers electricians, providing greater control over scheduling, coordination, and workmanship. Together, these improvements created a cohesive and modernized interior designed to support the property's transition from the former Best Western to The Inn at Lewisburg.
