Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of a new Service 1st Federal Credit Union branch in Muncy, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern financial facility designed to combine traditional banking services with technology-driven convenience.

Working alongside Strosser/Baier Architects, T-Ross Brothers constructed the single-story branch to provide an accessible, welcoming environment while supporting efficient banking operations and Service 1st’s continued growth in Central Pennsylvania.

The Challenge

Modern financial facilities must balance customer service, security, technology, accessibility, and operational efficiency within a single environment.

For Service 1st, the new Muncy branch needed to accommodate traditional member services while incorporating newer banking technologies such as Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). The project also required careful coordination of drive-thru operations, technology infrastructure, secure banking areas, customer traffic flow, and the credit union’s established branding.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers coordinated construction of the building and surrounding site, including site preparation, utilities, paved access areas, signage, interior finishes, and exterior improvements.

Inside, the branch includes member service offices, a spacious lobby, secure teller stations, and customer-focused spaces designed to provide a comfortable banking experience.

Dedicated drive-thru lanes and Interactive Teller Machines were incorporated to provide greater convenience and flexibility. The ITMs allow members to complete self-service transactions while also offering the ability to connect with live representatives through video assistance.

Interior and exterior finishes were carefully coordinated to reflect Service 1st Federal Credit Union’s brand while creating a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
