Resilite Office Building Renovation

Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed a comprehensive office renovation for Resilite in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, transforming portions of the company’s former Quality Homes Building into modernized office space designed to support its ongoing operations and future growth.

The project included extensive interior renovations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, new finishes, and improvements to office and common areas, creating a more functional, comfortable, and professional workplace.

The Challenge

Modernizing office space within an existing facility required extensive demolition and careful integration of new building systems with the existing structure.

Walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and outdated finishes needed to be removed and replaced while new HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems were incorporated throughout the renovated areas. Because work occurred within an existing occupied facility, construction also required careful scheduling and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers coordinated the renovation from demolition through final finishes, creating updated office layouts, conference areas, common spaces, and supporting work areas designed to improve workflow and functionality.

Interior improvements included new drywall and ceiling systems, flooring and wall finishes, cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and detailed finish work throughout the renovated spaces.

Major building system improvements included new Mitsubishi VRF heating and cooling systems, LED lighting, electrical panel upgrades, HVAC improvements, plumbing fixtures, and associated utility upgrades designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term building performance.
