Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of a new 4,395-square-foot PinPoint Federal Credit Union facility in Milton, Pennsylvania. Built on redeveloped industrial property, the project created a modern, single-story financial facility designed to provide an inviting experience for members while supporting the credit union’s long-term operational needs.

The Challenge

Financial institutions require a careful balance of customer accessibility, operational efficiency, security, and architectural design. For PinPoint Federal Credit Union, the new facility also needed to establish a strong commercial presence while making effective use of a redeveloped industrial property.

The project called for a modern building that could accommodate both in-person member services and convenient drive-through banking while providing a professional and welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Our Solution

Working with a design by Strosser Baer Architects, T-Ross Brothers constructed a facility featuring a large curtain wall system, stone veneer exterior, standing seam metal roof, custom trim details, and drive-through banking lanes.

Inside, the spacious lobby incorporates modern lighting, custom casework, and a distinctive floor design featuring the PinPoint Federal Credit Union logo. Throughout construction, our team coordinated the building systems, architectural elements, and specialized features needed to create a functional and durable financial facility.
