Project Overview
T-Ross Brothers Construction provided design-build services for the LB Water Corporate Headquarters in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, delivering a new commercial office facility designed to support the company’s growing operations and long-term business needs.
The approximately 22,000-square-foot, two-story building includes a full basement, modern office and meeting spaces, rooftop mechanical systems, and integrated building infrastructure within a professional and highly functional corporate environment.
The Challenge
A corporate headquarters must accommodate current operational needs while providing the flexibility and infrastructure necessary for future growth. For LB Water, the project required careful coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, and site-development components within a streamlined design-build process.
The project also involved significant site preparation, including the demolition of existing structures, development of new parking areas, and stormwater management improvements.

The project also included rooftop mechanical systems, new parking areas, and stormwater management infrastructure to support the completed headquarters campus.
