Jackass Brewing Company – Williamsport

Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction partnered with Jackass Brewing Company to transform an underutilized property in downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania, into a contemporary brewery and taproom.

The full renovation and build-out combined a functional commercial brewing operation with an inviting hospitality space, creating a destination designed around craft brewing, customer experience, and community connection.

The Challenge

Brewery construction requires bringing together two very different environments within one facility: a highly specialized production operation and a comfortable, welcoming space for customers.

The project required extensive coordination of brewing equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, utilities, and code requirements, while also creating a taproom that reflected the Jackass Brewing Company brand. As a downtown redevelopment project, the existing property also needed to be adapted to support these new uses and modern accessibility requirements.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers completed a comprehensive renovation and build-out that integrated the brewery’s production and hospitality operations within a cohesive facility.

The production area was designed to accommodate brewing tanks, fermentation vessels, brewery-grade flooring, utilities, and specialized operational systems, with our team coordinating closely with brewing equipment suppliers throughout construction.

The taproom features polished concrete floors, reclaimed wood accents, custom finishes, metal detailing, lighting, and a full-service bar with integrated draft systems. Seating and customer flow were carefully considered to create an open, comfortable environment capable of supporting everyday business as well as larger social gatherings.

Exterior accessibility improvements and signage completed the transformation of the property into a welcoming downtown destination.
