Jackass Brewing Company – Lewisburg

Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the ground-up construction of Jackass Brewing Company in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, creating a purpose-built brewery and restaurant designed to support brewing operations, dining, entertainment, and community gatherings.

Delivered through T-Ross Brothers Construction’s Commercial/Design-Build services, the project was completed in collaboration with architect James Kerber of Mid-Penn Engineering and owners Larry Winans and Skip Kratzer.

The Challenge

Brewery and restaurant construction requires careful coordination between several specialized uses within a single facility. The new Jackass Brewing Company location needed to accommodate brewery operations, food service, customer dining, and gathering spaces while maintaining efficient workflow for employees.

Mechanical systems, kitchen operations, utilities, customer circulation, and hospitality areas all needed to work together while creating a comfortable environment that reflected the character of the Jackass Brewing Company brand.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers coordinated the project from site development and structural construction through building systems, interior finishes, and final details.

Working with Mid-Penn Engineering and the ownership team, the facility was designed and constructed around the operational requirements of a brewery and restaurant while providing inviting spaces for customers to dine, gather, and enjoy the experience.

Throughout construction, our team focused on craftsmanship, durability, efficient operations, and creating a facility capable of supporting the business’s long-term needs and continued growth.
