Project Overview
T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern four-story hotel designed to accommodate business travelers, families, tourists, and other visitors to the region.
Designed by Bill Meister of Meister Cox Architects PC for Millett Real Estate, the 41,514-square-foot facility includes 70 guest rooms along with a variety of amenities and architectural features consistent with the quality and guest experience associated with the Marriott brand.
The Challenge
Hotel construction requires extensive coordination between guest accommodations, public spaces, recreational amenities, mechanical and building systems, interior finishes, and established brand standards.
For the Fairfield Inn & Suites, the project needed to efficiently accommodate 70 guest rooms across four stories while incorporating the amenities expected by modern travelers. Architectural and interior details also needed to create a welcoming experience from the moment guests arrived while providing the durability required for long-term hospitality use.

T-Ross Brothers coordinated all phases of construction to deliver a modern hospitality facility combining comfortable accommodations with guest-focused amenities.
The completed hotel includes a pool and spa, fitness center, breakfast area, and welcoming lobby featuring custom wood finishes and upscale interior detailing.
On the exterior, stone veneer and EIFS systems provide a distinctive architectural appearance, while a customized porte-cochere creates a functional and inviting covered entrance for arriving guests.
Throughout construction, our team carefully coordinated the architectural features, building systems, interior finishes, and Marriott requirements to create a cohesive and durable hospitality facility.
