Project Overview
T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern 59,298-square-foot hospitality facility designed to serve business travelers, tourists, university visitors, and extended-stay guests.
The completed hotel features 107 guest rooms, including extended-stay suites on the first floor, along with a variety of guest amenities and custom architectural features designed around comfort, functionality, and the Marriott hospitality experience.
The Challenge
Hotel construction requires extensive coordination between guest accommodations, public spaces, recreational amenities, mechanical and life safety systems, and detailed architectural finishes.
The project also incorporated several distinctive design elements, including an oversized indoor pool, expansive breakfast area, custom millwork, imported finishes, and exterior architectural features that required careful coordination throughout construction.
Our Solution
T-Ross Brothers coordinated construction of the hotel from the primary building systems through the detailed interior and exterior finishes.
Guest amenities include a large fitness center, custom gas fireplace, and oversized indoor pool featuring custom vaulted ceilings. An exceptionally large breakfast area provides extensive seating and incorporates custom tile imported from Italy, creating a distinctive gathering space for hotel guests.
Custom millwork was installed throughout the facility, including a custom-designed bar area. On the exterior, a custom EIFS tower finish and stone accents create an upscale appearance while providing additional privacy around the outdoor patio areas.
