Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction partnered with Fairlawn Community Church on an addition and renovation project designed to enhance the existing facility and support the continued growth of its congregation and community.

The project combined new construction with interior improvements, creating more functional and welcoming spaces for worship, ministry programs, fellowship, education, and community gatherings.

The Challenge

Church facilities serve many different purposes, requiring spaces that can accommodate worship services, educational programs, ministry activities, and community events.

Fairlawn Community Church needed to expand and modernize its existing facility while maintaining the welcoming character of the church. The project also required thoughtful coordination to improve accessibility and circulation while minimizing disruption to ongoing church activities.

Our Solution

T-Ross Brothers worked closely with church leadership and project partners to complete improvements that addressed both the congregation’s current needs and future growth.

The project included structural work, framing, interior renovations, updated finishes, accessibility improvements, and enhancements to gathering and worship areas. Particular attention was given to improving the flow throughout the building and creating spaces that could accommodate a variety of church and community activities.
