Project Overview
T-Ross Brothers Construction completed a major Design-Build expansion and renovation for Aubrey Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, transforming the dealership into a modern, customer-focused automotive facility designed to support increased service capacity and long-term growth.
Completed in collaboration with Cornerstone Design Associates for owner Blaise Alexander, the project included an 18,613-square-foot metal building addition along with extensive renovations to existing storage and service areas.
The Challenge
Expanding and renovating an automotive dealership requires careful coordination between active operations, customer-facing spaces, service areas, structural systems, and building infrastructure.
Aubrey Alexander Toyota needed additional space to accommodate growing customer and service demands while modernizing the existing dealership. The project also incorporated ambitious sustainability goals, requiring environmentally conscious construction practices to be integrated without sacrificing functionality, comfort, or operational efficiency.
Our Solution
T-Ross Brothers delivered the project through our Commercial, Design-Build, Green Building, and Steel Building services, coordinating the expansion and renovation from planning through completion.
The new addition includes a showroom, customer lobby, service write-up and drop-off areas, administrative and sales offices, and ten additional service bays. Existing storage and service areas were renovated, while façade improvements created a refreshed and more visible exterior presence.
Sustainable construction strategies were incorporated throughout the project, including construction waste recycling, rainwater management, optimized energy performance, and indoor air quality management systems designed to improve long-term efficiency and occupant comfort.
