The facility is the corporate office, dispatch center and regional service center for a truck transportation company that provides services nationwide. The structure is a 25,640 SF pre-engineered building located on 12.6 areas of property. The 12,000 SF offices were designed so the dispatchers were located in a central core for maximum communication with the management and service offices arranged along the exterior walls. A cathedral ceiling was constructed over the central portion of the offices to provide natural lighting and a feeling of spaciousness for the office area. The truck service area was constructed with in floor service pits, oil and grease distribution systems and fuel dispensing systems that allow for a 24 hour operation. The exterior finishes and colors were selected to match the signature colors of Watsontown Trucking.
