A complete renovation and reimage of the exterior roof structure, changing the existing flat roof into new.  The project also included remodeling the existing sanctuary, creating a narthex, and adding a new entrance.

Total interior renovation including the reorientation of the present 100 year old sanctuary, atrium and creating new entrances to better accommodate flow into and out of the facility.  Many unique features of the old church were salvaged and incorporated into the new design features of this historic facility.

New educational classroom and entrance, drive-thru carport with many historical design features needing to be reproduced in order to match the aesthetics of the original church.  The new exterior stone was matched to the existing church utilizing stone from 3 different quarries.

This project consisted of a 3200 square foot addition with an elevator , office,  vestibule and portico.

37,000 square feet of new construction consisting of multi-ministry classrooms, youth center, child day care, kitchen, new narthex and covered portico.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary is a 12,000 square foot two story multi-purpose and assembly building. It connects with the existing church and education building on site. This will provide the owner with easy transition from the church to the assembly building to education building. The new building will provide classroom areas and multi-purpose rooms for its growing congregation.
