T-Ross Brothers started the steel erection of the new7,500 SF Peak Energy facility in Montgomery, PA on February 21. The building is 75 FT wide x 100 FT long with an eave height of 32 FT. The scope of the project included setting the main structural framing, secondary framing, crane runway beams, roof insulation and sheeting, wall insulation and sheeting along with all of the building trims.

T-Ross Brothers Construction, Inc. is the pre-engineered metal building erection contractor for the Liquid Mud Plant and Warehouse at the Halliburton site in Muncy, PA. The project includes an 8,100 SF structure to serve as the Warehouse, a 4,230 SF covered structure over the Mixing Area and a 7,000 SF open Storage Area.

We are providing all of the required manpower and equipment to complete the steel erection and will have the buildings enclosed within a six week period for the gas company, starting in late December.

The Moran – Kennedy project is a 50,000 SF building that T-Ross Brothers Construction is erecting for Moran Industries. The steel erection was started on October 18th with the completion of the erection and exterior sheeting scheduled for November 19th. Following the completion of the 50,000 SF building, T-Ross Brothers Construction will be erecting a 25,000 SF sister building on the same site.

The design-build project at Independence Honda in Bloomsburg, PA, includes an 18,400 square foot metal building addition and renovations to the existing facilities. The additions include a showroom, waiting area, parts retail, restroom facilities, service write-up, quick service bays, service drop-off, a (14) bay service garage, and updated building facade. The site improvements include an expanded sales lot, additional customer parking, improved storm water management system and outdoor patio space.

The project  is an 11,000 square foot metal building expansion of their low temperature shipping and receiving cooler warehouse. The building has reinforced concrete foundations with structural steel framing, insulated panel exterior walls and an insulated rubber roof.
