Dear T-Ross Brothers,
This letter is long overdue but I would like to thank you and your staff for their job well done on the Limestone Crossing office building.  It seems that the building has been completed in stages and your staff has done a remarkable job each time. They were very flexible in working with us to get it completed, especially last week when they installed the counter top in office #104.

A special thanks to Jerry Mitchell, Wayne Attinger, Darrell Aleta, and Dennis Witmer. Knowing these guys has made it easier working with them on the Inn expansion. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Sincerely,

Dear Todd,
The Inn expansion is coming along very nicely. We may just meet our deadline after all! We are very grateful for the work and efforts of your crews that will make this possible.  I want to thank both you and your crew, especially those that have worked on weekends.

A special thanks to Dennis Witmer, Gary Buck, Darrel Aleta, Truman Spotts, Dale Zechman, Mark Jones, Eric Aucker, Jerry Mitchell, Jim Onell, Tom Michaels, Wayne Attinger, Dave Dewalt, and Tom Ross.

If they keep working on the weekends we may just meet Bob’s deadline as well.  Keep up the good work and we will keep the sticky buns coming.

Sincerely,

Dear Tom:
Hopefully my sales staff expresses an appropriate degree of gratitude for orders placed and business concluded throughout the year. In my mind, however, that does not quite do it. Not only am I personally grateful for the business we have enjoyed with you this year but more, I appreciate the business relationship that we have.

Over and above the dollar value of purchases is the ability to deal back and forth with honesty and integrity.

From your end the ability to place an order and know it will be delivered as ordered or, if for some reason, it is not as it should be, will be corrected without question.  And from our end, the ability to ship merchandise required without prepayment or complicated legal documents knowing full well that as invoices are submitted they will be paid.

In some industries this is unheard of (and with some customers within this industry it does not work well either)!
I think it is important to reflect on this situation from time to time because it does, indeed, represent an unusual relationship. May I extend my profound personal gratitude for the privilege of doing business with you under these circumstances.

With sincere best wishes for a joyous holiday season.

Dear Tom:
Please find enclosed our check in the amount of $12,861.15 in payment of Payment Application number five. I just wanted to send a note along with this check to let you know how pleased I have been with the entire construction project and my dealings with your company.  You were on a tight construction schedule when you submitted your bid and you then agreed to reduce the construction time by fifteen days at the request of the hospital. The degree of co-ordination with your sub-contractors was excellent and you brought a rather major construction job from beginning to end in a record time.

I thank you for your efforts on this construction job and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.

Sincerely,

Dear Todd,
I would like to thank your company for having a guy like “Fats” on the job as supervisor.  He did an excellent job and was good to work with. The Fire Company and myself were very pleased that he worked with us on all the changes we had. I enjoyed working with him and all the employees you had on this project. Sorry it took so long in writing this thank-you but we are still working on getting the fire hall in order. It’s truly rewarding to be able to work with Ross Brothers Co., men such as “Fats? and employees, the quality you have on a project. We as a company thank-you but I personally appreciate and thank you for making my part on this project so much easier.

Sincerely,
Jack S. McCoy

Dear Todd:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent manner in which our building expansion has been completed.

Your staff, Scott and Barry, were very helpful with this project.  Their expertise and experience prevented numerous problems that could have been encountered.  Barry and Scott were very courteous and willing to adjust anything that I requested. With great pleasure, I will gladly recommend T-Ross Brothers Construction to anyone that should inquire about our facilities.

Continued success to T-Ross Brothers and if I can be of any assistance to you in the future, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Gentlemen,
I had to write to thank you for helping me out in a time of need.  They day after I tore my roof off it rained the whole day, water was coming in everywhere. The day after that nightmare we tried to set the new trusses. Disaster #2, the walls were all different heights which meant they all had to be built up and leveled out, to much for an amateur to handle!! I called Tom Monday night, unreal, Tuesday morning five professionals showed up at my door.  By quitting time that day all the walls were level, trusses set and backside sheeted!

Disaster #3, half of the trusses were built wrong. It only took Denny a matter of minutes to figure out how to build them up and keep the integrity of the roof structure. Also, seeing how fast he figured how to level the walls, shim everything to level, measure for tight fits and make it all straight. Most of what I know how to do I learned by watching, boy did I get an lesson watching Denny!!

Tom and Todd, you do have an excellent crew. They work fast and hard. It amazed me how they work at such a fast pace with no breaks other than lunch. They certainly do earn their pay. Thank you for all your help and if anyone asks me who I recommend, my only answer is T-Ross!!!

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Ross:
Thank you !  Thank you!  Thank you!  Your thoughtfulness and support of Christ Wesleyan is very much appreciated.

I would like to extend to you our gratefulness for the donation of drywall needed for our work project in our parsonage basement.  Without the help of businesses like yours, this would not have become a reality.  With a growing congregation school and a building project currently underway, our needs continue to grow. However, our budget does not always grow at the same rate. With this in mind, we are always thankful for those who remember non-profits and our restrictive financial budgets.

Thanks again, for your support.
Sincerely,

Dear Todd:
I am writing to commend Robert (“Fat”) Kerstetter for his exemplary work as foreman during the construction of our office building of 14 S. Green street in Mifflinburg.  As the supervisor on our end of the project, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Fat during the construction period. Over the past months, he has impressed me with his expertise and professionalism.

Our staff worked in the Green Street office building all through this summer and fall, side by side with the chaos of construction. Throughout the project, Fat helped to make an uncomfortable situation much more endurable. He was accommodating when I had questions or concerns, taking the time to discuss issues with me and immediately correcting any problems.  Always respectful of our staff and our workplace, Fat consulted me before he made changes or modifications to the original construction plans. He was extremely flexible about scheduling, taking care to inconvenience us as little as possible.  On numerous occasions, he went out of his way to change the job schedule, making minor design modifications, and even revisit completed work in order to better meet our needs.

Construction proceeded smoothly and ahead of schedule, due in large part to Fat’s skill as a leader. He kept his crews busy and focused, moving them between tasks efficiently, without wasting time or sacrificing quality. His crews worked hard for him; it was clear from their attitudes on the job site that they respected his knowledge and supervision.

Fat is a highly skilled, efficient and personable craftsman who cares about his work and his customers.  I am extremely satisfied with his performance and would recommend him unconditionally.  As our business continues to grown and expand, I hope we will have the pleasure of working with Fat again in the future.

Sincerely,

Dear Todd:
Stephanie and I just wanted to give you our thanks and appreciation for the wonderful job your team did building our dream home. We are so pleased with your group’s creativity and quality.  From the very beginning we knew that we were dealing with a great assemblage of craftsmen who would always go the “extra mile” to ensure the best outcome. We were also very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of your entire crew.  They always politely answered our questions and made us feel like we were part of the project.  Everyone made building a house easier and more pleasant than we could ever have dreamed.

We’d like to especially thank those who worked so closely with us on a day-to-day basis. The “T-Ross Dream Team” of Denny, Eric (AKA Boyd, Bill etc.), Mike and Scott really made this project a pleasure to participate in.  It would have been easy to build the best house we’ve ever lived in, but we gotta say, that this is by far the best house we’ve ever seen. We look forward to being here a long time.

Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Steven A Beling

Dear Todd and Alex:
I wanted to let you know what a great job your crew; Steve and Greg, accomplished for us.  As you were aware they added the mezzanine to our one building and also poured a concrete floor. The space in which they had to work was limited but that did not hinder their work performance.

Please let both Steve and Greg know that we appreciate the quality of work they have done and to let you know we appreciate our business relationship with T-Ross Brothers.

Sincerely,

Dear Todd:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude for the wonderful job your employees did in building our office in Selinsgrove. It was a very rewarding and fairly painless process for Chuck and I. Your employees worked very hard and did a great job. We are very pleased with the construction, appearance and craftsmanship put forth on this project.  I was also impressed with the fact that everything has been completed on time, with a few minor completions taking place in the spring, which were unavoidable. All in all, we were able to move in by the date that we anticipated.

Thank you again to you and your employees for making this a positive worthwhile experience.

Sincerely,
Daneen and Charles Zaleski
