Surplus Outlet

The facility is one of several retail centers for Surplus Outlet, a low cost grocery retailer. The structure is a 34,250 SF pre-engineered building designed to provide an open retail area for product display and customer access, interior coolers and freezer for perishable products and high bay warehouse storage for non-perishable products. The facility provides the warehousing and distribution for the Owner’s others regional facilities. The project’s low cost provided the Owner with the option of building a larger building for the same cost as a conventional structure.
